We ship to the contiguous 50 states including Puerto Rico. All online orders are shipped through USPS. For the cookie mixes, it will be shipped in a sealed bag. The cookies will ship wrapped in a sealed cookie bucket to ensure its freshness. The cookie dough will ship in a sealed bucket, packed in a cooler with ice packs. Your cookie dough will arrive chilled and should be placed in the refrigerator or freezer immediately. You can refrigerate your cookie dough for a week and freeze it for 6 months. All online orders are final and non-refundable because our gourmet cookie mixes, gourmet cookies and cookie dough are perishable, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. We do not offer refunds/exchanges based on customer flavor preference. We are unable to change ship to addresses once orders have been placed.
