The Story of Catherine Ann’s Cookie House

As a young child growing up, I always took an interest in baking. I watched and helped my mom prepare from scratch cookies and other desserts every Sunday. As I grew older, my passion for baking never faded but only grew stronger. In high school and college, I took classes in culinary arts and perfected my craft. Years later, I met and married my husband. As it turned out, he also shared my passion for baking. It was at this time that the idea of opening our own bakery started. Encouraged by family and friends, we decided to throw caution to the wind, borrowed some money, and Catherine Ann’s Cookie House was born.

Catherine Ann’s Cookie House is a family-owned, locally run bakery specializing in handmade and freshly baked gourmet cookies, cookie cakes, muffins, brownies, and rice crispy treats with a touch of southern flavor.
